Weaving Futures' Design Framework

Delve, Design, Deploy and Drive

Every organisation has unique challenges and opportunities.
Weaving Futures' human-centred design framework is based on the four key processes of
Delve, Design, Deploy and Drive.
Weaving together one or more of these processes will help you navigate towards your desired future.

About Carolyn Stuart

Carolyn founded Weaving Futures to support people and organisations successfully navigate towards their preferred future.

As technology-driven change begins to impact all parts of our society, organisations are trying to manage the emerging future using systems and practices that were designed for a different time.

Weaving Futures starts with people and uses a customisable human-centred design framework to co-design new pathways. We help you discover the impact of current and emerging technologies and we'll show you new ways to drive momentum across your organisation.

Carolyn works with passion, boundless energy and a sense of purpose driven by a deep desire to make a difference for learners while simultaneously having a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges that school leaders face.

Carolyn has a phenomenal work ethic, is professional, knowledgeable, and has a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new things. She stretches people's thinking, and has a can-do attitude.
